The main reason for this post is to inform you of our new listing. A 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Penthouse. The apartment is East facing with the main feature being the 88,88m2 terrace which runs parallel with the other rooms adding to the living space of 115.55 m2.  Apart from the master Bedroom, we found that the other rooms to be quite small. This is partly due to the corridor on one side and the large terrace on the other.  Not knowing the permissions, one would need to move things around a bit.  So advise speaking to someone in the know within the community first. Outside apartment within the community, it feels a safe area, which appears to be well organised with thought going  into cater for everyone. From graduating pools, paddle tennis courts and a play area for the children
