George Trowbridge has very kindly agreed to let me document the reforming of his 5 bed villa Project. We estimate the completion of the works will take around two months, so should have time enough to capture plenty to interest those maybe planning to do the same sort of renovation.
Both subjects of property renovation and working as documentary videographer are both humble hobbies. Even on a personal level I am very keen to learn about the many areas surrounding property renovation in Spain. We also have to consider the different tax laws with regards to buying and selling in our county of Andalusia in the country of Spain. Why? Well, as an investor this is obviously critical information if you plan to profit from your hard work.

This Villa in particular was built twenty four years ago by an architect. I remember as boy on holiday in the seventies, the area as being rural. I really do know, as now live as a neighbor in the development Urbanizacion las cancelas that we use to holiday at, all those years ago
Long before we could conveniently shop at Mercadona just being up the road and La Canada, the main commercial shopping center which can be reached by five minutes in the car.
I can even remember the main bus station “Estacion de Autobuses de Marbella” was in the town center, before being located to, we thought then , North of Marbella
The Hotel behind us, the Hotel Don Miguel has recently been purchased and in the process of being renovated as well.
For the lovers of tennis we have just a the El Mirador paddle tennis club a few minutes’ walk away.
